Camping at the world’s tallest mountain in the middle of nowhere is the ultimate experience, and there are plenty of reasons why.
There are no camping chairs, no ropes, and no backpacks.
It’s all in the air.
Here’s how it works, how you can camp, and how to make it your own.1.
It takes only a few hours to get to the top.
The only way to get there is to climb the highest point on Bass Lake.
You can camp in the campground if you want, or hike to the summit and head back to the parking lot.2.
You have access to the lake.
The lake is at the end of the mountain and a few miles from the parking lots.
The campground is open, and the lake is available to camp.
The campsites can be up to 5,000 feet above sea level.3.
You won’t have to go back down to Bass Lake every time you want to camp again.
That’s because the lake bed is more than 15,000-feet above sea-level.
It is the highest lake on Earth.
You don’t have the weight of a pack on your shoulders.
Your backpack weighs only 1,400 pounds.
Your pack doesn’t weigh much, either.5.
You will not need to make any breaks.
You’ll be able to get back up to your spot in the park if you need to.6.
You wont have to worry about making sure your camp site is dry.
The dry lakebed can soak up rain and snow without any problems.7.
You dont need a tent.
Most of the lakes in the area are well-maintained, so you can easily use a small tent and just let the water wash over you.8.
It doesnt have to be a huge tent.
There’s plenty of room to pack everything you need in a picnic basket, a sleeping bag, and a pillow, all at the top of Bass Lake and up to 6,000 ft. above sealevel.9.
Youre not restricted to the campsites.
You get to camp in any campsite you choose.10.
Youve never had a better time at the lakes.
Youll be surrounded by a breathtaking view of Bass and the surrounding mountains.
If you want a little more solitude, you can choose to camp on the side of the lake or on the beach, with the lake in the background.11.
It might take a little while to get into the mood.
You may have a few moments to soak up the lake, but there will be no big crowds.12.
You’re not alone.
The lakes are stocked with ducks, seals, and other wildlife, and they have a long history of providing a refuge from the harsh climate of the mountains.
It could take hours to go from the campgrounds to the lakes, but it will be worth it.13.
You could spend the night there.
The water at the lakebed is so cold that you will feel a warmth radiating from the lake as you camp.
You might even be able go to sleep in the shade of a tree or in the back of a pickup truck.14.
You cant get a refund.
It may take a few days for the lake to clear up.
You would be entitled to a refund if you had the opportunity to get out of the campsite before the lake closed.15.
There is always a chance you will be disappointed.
There will be some campsites that have gone out of business or that have been sold.
There may be one or two spots in the lake where people have camped, but you will not be able do it all.16.
You probably wont need a backcountry license.
If the lake closes, you will have to make your way to the nearest town.
If your group is small, you could go to the closest town and get a permit.
But for larger groups, it might be a challenge.
You still have a great chance of getting out safely and safely back to your campsite if you follow these tips.
If you want some other tips, here are a few more things to consider before you decide to go camping:1.
You need to bring some sort of guide.
You should have a GPS device or other portable GPS device that will give you the direction of the trail, and which way to go.
A compass is ideal.
A GPS is also good for navigation if youre using it to keep an eye on things.
It can be good for getting directions from your smartphone.2 and 2.
Youres going to be hot.
